RECORD FROM THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE MIXED CHAMBER OF COMMERCE CZECHIA-EQUATORIAL GUINEA-GABON-SENEGAL-GUINEA
The general assembly of the Chamber of Commerce took place in the premises of the Chamber on October 30, 2007. In the presence of the notary public the majority of the present members of the Chamber were participating in the assembly. The attendants heard the report of the Chamber´s president Mrs. J. Čiháková about the activity of the Chamber for the period from its registration till the present time. The report included the information about the membership base, foreign relations, covenants and agreements about co-operation with Czech and foreign legal subjects etc. Further the report about present income statement of the Chamber and the proposal of the Plan of activities till the end of 2007 and for the whole year 2008 was presented to the attendants. During further course of the assembly the new presidium consisting from Mrs. Jitka Čiháková, Dr. Zdeněk Kuneš and Mr. Ivan Korčák was elected. On the separate meeting the said presidium elected Mrs. Jitka Čiháková as the president of the Chamber and Dr. Zdeněk Kuneš as the vice-president. In addition to it the general assembly elected the supervisory board consisting from Mrs. Veronika Chrpová as the chairman and Mr. Armand Coovi Agassounon and Mrs. Martina Horová as the members. In the second half of the general assembly´s meeting the wording of the resolution concerning the approval of the results of elections of the members of the Chamber´s management, Chamber´s income statement, budget for 2008 and the contents of the Plan of activities was approved. At the end of the meeting the discussion was taking place during which the Chamber´s members presented the activities of their companies and mutually negotiated about the co-operation possibilities and about forms how the Chamber can assist the members in enforcement of their intentions in the countries of interest of the Chamber as well as in other countries in West and Central Africa. |
