 Welcome on the website of the Mixed Chamber of Commerce Czech republic - sub-Saharan Africa (formerly Chamber of Commerce Czech Republic - Equatorial Guinea - Gabon - Senegal - Guinea). The Chamber was established in 2006 with the purpose to assist in development of the economic and cultural relations of participating countries, especially providing information about prospective business partners in these countries and on basic terms and conditions of mutual commercial and business relations.

INFORMATION about Mr. El Hadj Omar BACH
It may happen that Mr. El Hadj Omar BACH will try to negotiate on behalf of our Chamber of Commerce. We would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that Mr. Bach has no authority to represent our Chamber and he is even not our member. In the past he was for a short time collaborating with us but his acts were contradictory to the charter of the Chamber which is the non-profit and non-government body which was approved by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic. That is the reason why we were obliged to terminate any cooperation with him. Our Chamber is duly registered according to the Czech legislation with the Czech Trade Register and its only representative is Mrs. Jitka Čiháková who is its president.
It is also worth mentionning that the activities of Mr. Bach in Africa are connected with the so called Swiss Export Bank and Swiss Invest Private Capital Group. According to the findings of our Chamber which contacted the respective Swiss Bankers Association as well as some Czech Commercial banks, both institutions should not be trusted and they are not recommended for any banking transaction. The respective documents can be presented by our Chamber on request. We thank you for your kind attention and we apologize that we have to use this mean to inform you about these facts. |
